Making robotics education accessible to everyone.

We had the privilege of visiting Artec’s headquarters in Osaka, Japan. Artec is one of Japan’s leading manufacturers and providers of robotics and STEAM educational materials.

From L-R: Taewook Im (International Sales Manager, Artec), Marlon Magapan (President, ISMS Robotics), and Kelvene Requiroso (Director, ISMS Robotics).

Taewook Im, Artec’s International Sales Manager, showed us the showroom and toured us around the facility. It was an amazing experience to see what they do in Osaka — the research and resources they put into product development.

The visit results in more business opportunities for ISMS Robotics in the months and years ahead as we iron out the details of further deepening our ties.

Artec and ISMS Robotics shared a similar vision of making technology education accessible to all. The next generation will run the world, so it’s better to equip them with the tools and skills as they build the future.

ISMS Robotics offers a robotics education program for basic education (K-12) to private and public schools in the Philippines.

We use Artec’s ArtecRobo 2.0 platform with software, a microcontroller, sensors, motors, and blocks for building robots.
