Living Stone International School Robotics Team is WORLD CHAMPION!

​Osaka, Japan just witnessed the brilliance of our students! We are bursting with pride to announce that the LSIS Nexus Robotics Team has clinched the PLATINUM AWARD (CHAMPION) in the Senior Division, Idea Contest at the Universal Robotics Challenge 2025 World Finals!

​Their winning concept, “PROJECT HIRAYA,” (meaning vision and hope) rose above the global competition. The project is an innovative robotic solution designed to help create “A Better World for All” by focusing on Sustainable Cities and Communities (UN SDG 11). Project Hiraya, embodies the NEXUS Robotics Team’s purpose—to be humble instruments of change and a reminder that hope always rises even in the darkest times.
